Can you help us do research?  You can get started and after you have a summary report –
Please update us after 20 hours of research.  We do not need to know each time you find a web link.  We prefer a report, every few weeks, with the information in it.

Some people quit after one week of effort.  If you are not committed to ending the TI program through research and exposure, then you may not be successful. 

These are the research topics where we need help:


1)  National Institutes of Health (NIH) – projects, contract-grants, technical papers, and frequencies.

The NIH is funded to $39 billion dollars each year.  Most of this money is granted to universities, hospitals, and institutes.  We need proof that they are operating the implant program on the American public.  It appears this massive program attempts to implant everyone in the United States.  We need evidence where these organizations admit they are tracking human implants under a government contract or grant.  We need to identify the frequencies that are used, and/or the specific people they are tracking.  We need the names of the Medical Doctors and PhD scientists that are involved.


2)  Military “Suicides”

Military “suicides” have risen to alarming levels.  The USAF called for a stand-down this year to emphasize that it is beyond their control.  Targeted Justice believes that many of these cases are actually murders, to silence the whistleblowers.  The proof can come from family members and friends.  We need people that can do the research, make polite contacts, and deal with a difficult subject.  Colorado Springs, Denver, Washington DC, and Albuquerque, NM are the first cities we want to review –  because they are involved with the microwave weapons and the Pentagon.    Start with https://militarycorruption.com/

3)  Grants

We need people that can apply for grants with private and govt organizations.  You will need writing skills and might have done similar work before.

4)  Health Clinics

We need several people that can identify health clinics, that will accept Targeted Individuals without condemnation or rejection.  These would likely be low-cost clinics that are sponsored by the city, or it might be a Medical Doctor with private practice in a minority area of the city. 

Don’t forget about Nurse Practitioners.  They can also run clinics and help TI’s.
We would like to identify one in every major city in the United States.


5)  Medical Information

We need someone to gather and summarize the latest medical information, that is relevant to TI’s.  This will come from the Cuban and Chinese diplomats, and the doctors that are working on their cases.  The information needs to be summarized so that TI’s will know which medical tests they should be considering.


6)  Newsletter

We need several people to prepare a monthly newsletter.


7)  Social Media

Need many people that can set up Social Media accounts in foreign countries.  TargetedJustice.com is generally blocked from foreign access.  We want to post about Targeted Justice and contact TI’s there.

8)  Fusion Centers

We need many people in each state to identify the people that lead and manage the Fusion Centers.  If you are interested, please begin researching this.  Take screen shots that identify the names, especially the Directors, Managers, and Supervisors.  Send the names and screen shots to

Counterterrorsim  =  Gangstalking

Simply search for “Counterterrorism” and your city or state.

If someone has a security clearance and they work at a Fusion Center – you can be confident they know about the gangstalking.  Basically, all of the managers and supervisors probably know, as well as anyone with a title like “Intelligence Supervisor” or “Intelligence Analyst.”

9)  Implant Devices – corporations

We also need to identify which companies are mass-producing the devices.  We need to know what frequencies these devices are using.

We also need people that can research and identify the “Counterterrorism” organizations in Foreign countries and governments.
